Snow Management
Crew Member
The Snow Management Crew Member will work alongside a dedicated team to deliver top-notch snow management services with minimal supervision. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and possess strong communication skills. If you’re a reliable team player with a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Snow Removal Tasks: Shovel and snow blow walkways and entrances, spread salt and sand, and safely operate plow trucks, skid steers, tractors, and loaders to clear snow from driveways, parking lots, and roadways. Monitor surfaces for ice buildup and respond promptly to changing conditions.
Preparedness and Punctuality: Arrive at the shop prepared and on time for each snow event, ready to work. Hours will vary based on snowfall timing and intensity.
Site and Equipment Maintenance: Report any equipment or truck issues promptly. Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring safe transport and storage of equipment, while maintaining high standards of organization and cleanliness across jobsites.
Safety and Quality Assurance: Educate yourself on safety procedures and adhere to safety standards at all times. Maintain and promote quality and efficiency in work practices.
Familiarity with Company Systems: Follow Pinnacle’s procedures and quality standards closely, while learning and understanding our principles and systems.

Ability to work with hand tools, small engine equipment, and heavy machinery.
Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, be on feet for 8-10 hours a day, and carry out strenuous physical tasks.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through workday.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis.
Work outdoors in various conditions including rain, freezing rain, ice, snow, blizzard conditions, high wind conditions, noise and cold.
Ability to work variable hours based on winter weather conditions, including occasional weekend work. Ability to work extended hours (ie: more than 10 hours per day, if needed).

Experience: 1+ years in snow management preferred.
Preferred experience with equipment like snow blowers, loaders, dump trucks, and plows, and drop salters.
Strong communication skills, and ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed.
Positive attitude toward work and teammates is essential.
Excellent time management and clear communication.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
