Landscape Laborer
Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes? Pinnacle Properties is looking for a dedicated Landscaping Crew Member to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who values teamwork, reliability, and high-quality workmanship while contributing to exceptional landscape maintenance and seasonal services.

Work alongside a small, dedicated team to deliver high-quality landscaping and garden maintenance services.
Perform landscaping maintenance, seasonal cleanups, and general property care with attention to detail.
Assist with proper loading, unloading, and safe transport of tools and equipment.
Maintain clean, organized job sites, trucks, and equipment.
Collaborate with your Supervisor and team to meet weekly goals and uphold company standards for quality, safety, and professionalism.
Follow all safety procedures to ensure an efficient and safe work environment.

Outdoor work in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
Physical role involving lifting, bending, and being on your feet throughout the day.
Fast-paced, team-oriented, and hands-on.
Responsibilities may evolve based on seasonal needs and company priorities.

Experience: 1+ years in snow management preferred.
Preferred experience with equipment like snow blowers, loaders, dump trucks, and plows, and drop salters.
Strong communication skills, and ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed.
Positive attitude toward work and teammates is essential.
Excellent time management and clear communication.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
